Lydia’s passion for hair started at the youthful age of three years old when she cut her friend’s locks—let’s just say the bangs were edgy and the parents had opinions. Shelving her passion until adulthood, Lydia formally studied at the John Casablancas Institute, graduating in 2021. We couldn’t be happier to welcome this sharp-witted, kind-spirited human into the LIFE&COLOUR family. 

She specializes in highlights, balayage, low-maintenance blonding, and face framing haircuts. She has an equal passion for shags, mullets, and alternative cuts and colours. Drawing from past and current trends in the fashion and beauty industry, innovative colourists, colleagues, and friends, Lydia sees the value in cultural influence.

In her spare time, Lydia loves to eat good food, sip good wine, and relax with friends. Taking ocean dips and loving up her cat, Luna, and my dog, Billie, are also a few of her favourite things.
