LIFE&COLOUR acknowledges that it is situated on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We also acknowledge Strathcona and Union Street on which our business flourishes. Once known as Hogan’s Alley, this neighbourhood holds historical significance to our salon and community.

Our services and prices are as individual as our clients and can vary according to hair length and density, product usage, and time. Stylists will collaborate with you to select the appropriate technique to achieve your hair goals—this will typically result in a combination of services.

1. Call us today! If you have a tricky schedule or want some voice-to-voice contact, give us a ring @ 604-569-2033.
2. BOOKING INTAKE FORM: Whether you’re a new or existing client unsure of what to book or looking for a total revamp, this form is for you. It gives us the info we need to personalize your experience with the right technique and stylist. HOT TIP: You can request a booking directly from this page.
3. ONLINE BOOKING: If you’re an existing client or know exactly what you’re looking for, this link will redirect you to our Online Booking* system.
*To find your preferred stylist, select a service and use the drop-down to view the list of names.
*For existing clients with an account, this platform allows you to access your booking history.
*New clients are encouraged to create an account.
Cancellation Policy
In the case of a cancellation, you must notify the salon 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within the 48 hour window, this will be considered a late cancel and you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged at the full price of your service.
Running Late?
If you’re running late, please notify the salon as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment could be considered a late cancellation, due to the fact that we may not have enough time to perform the full service. Likewise, we respect your time. If we are running late we will try to inform you, or at least provide a lovely drink while you wait.
Parking
The neighborhood is bustling, thus parking can be difficult to find. We recommend you arrive with enough time to find parking. There is metered street parking in front of the salon, as well as two parking garages nearby: Parkade 211 East Georgia St and Parkade 268 Keefer St
